The trip begins with a sightseeing tour to the most remarkable places in Kathmandu and rafting at Trishuli River which will let you enjoy one of the most thrilling white water rafting. After a briefing about safe rafting in Nepal from your River guide, you will be all set for your rafting trip down the Trishuli River of grade 3 and 4. This rafting trip is sure to give you the most incredible experience filled with utmost thrill and excitement. After an adventurous rafting session in Trishuli, your next destination is Chitwan. RoyalChitwanNational Park, situated in the tropical Terai region close to the borders with India, houses exotic flora and fauna, rich bird species and rare animals like one-horned Rhino and Royal Bengal Tiger. In the National Park you get to enjoy other activities like elephant safari and sightseeing of exotic wildlife and diverse ecosystem, canoeing, bird watching and a walk in the wilderness accompanied by a trained guide.

It is a panoramic thrill flying into Kathmandu on a clear day. The views of snow-capped mountain peaks sprawling down below you are almost ecstatic, beginning a whole chain of memorable experiences that stay with you for a long, long time. A representative and driver from Explorer Nepal will meet you at the airport and escort you to your hotel. The representative will help you check into Hotel. At the hotel you will be briefed about your daily activities.
Overnight at Hotel.
After breakfast at the hotel, commence the sightseeing tour of Kathmandu city, Swayambhunath and Patan city. Kathmandu city: Kasthamandap, the source of the name Kathmandu means ‘made from the timber of a single tree’. Also known as Kantipur, the capital Kathmandu is the hub of Nepal’s art and culture. It is a place for rest, relaxation and easy-day sightseeing of historic and artistic temples and monuments. Kathmandu Durbar Square with its arrays of temples, Seto Machhindranath and the ancient palace of the former Nepali Royals enriches your experience of the centuries old civilisation. Swayambhunath Stupa: Said to be around 2000 years old, this Buddhist Stupa sits atop a hill. The main stupa is composed of a solid hemisphere of brick and earth supporting a lofty conical spire crowned by a pinnacle of Copper gilt. Painted on the four sided base of the spire are the all seeing eyes of Lord Buddha. The hill of Swayambhunath is a mosaic of small Chaityas and Pagoda temples. You’ll get a scenic view of Kathmandu city from there. Patan city: Located about 5 km south of Kathmandu, Patan is one of 3 royal cities in the valley. A destination for connoisseurs of fine arts, Patan is filled with wood and stone carvings, metal statues, ornate architecture, including dozens of Buddhist and Hindu temples, and over 1200 monuments. Patan is believed to have been built in the third century B.C. by the Kirat dynasty later expanded and enriched by the Licchavi and the Malla rulers in the medieval period. Patan Durbar Square, like its counterpart in Kathmandu, is an enchanting mélange of palace buildings, artistic courtyards and graceful pagoda temples. The former Royal palace complex is the centre of Patan’s religious and social life, and houses a beautiful museum.
Overnight at Hotel.
Early in the morning you head off for Charaundi and on your drive, most amazing natural vistas of Himalayan beauty sprawls before you. On reaching the destination, you set for river rafting trip to Kuringhat along the raging waves of river Kali Gandakhi. You conclude your whitewater river rafting for the day as you set up your camping site using tents for your overnight stay.
Overnight at Camp.
You savour this day, you continue your rafting trip. While rafting to Mungling, you encounter more irresistible challenges and adventure. At around mid day, you wrap up your whitewater river rafting trip and head off to Royal Chitwan National Park.
Overnight at Hotel.
Royal Chitwan National park lies in the tropical Terai region of Chitwan. Royal Chitwan National Park and Devghat are the major attractions of Chitwan. Chitwan houses rich wildlife, lush grasslands and rare species of bird and animals. Chitwan national park is your target destination. It give a unique and exceptional wildlife experience, being the home to several are species, in particular, the one-horned rhinoceros and leopard and also leopard, bear, wild boar, deer, bison, crocodiles etc. You surrender yourself to the pure pleasure of jungle activities. Your safari excursion includes Elephant safari, Wildlife safari, jeep safari, canoeing and bird watching. Unlike African animals, those in Chitwan tend to be rather solitary and shy, but the chancing of sightseeing these are very high owing to the expertise and experiences of guides.

After you have your share of wildlife experience, you return to Kathmandu by surface. You can spend your time doing whatever independent activities you feel like.

Travel Notes

It is one of the moderate types trekking, because you are going above the 4156 meters at high. That’s why before you decide to do this trek you have to do some training. You will be walking 5 to 8 hrs a day; you need to have very good shoes. As you are going every day 500 to 1000 meters of altitude, you have to drinks lots of Water. During your trek you might get altitude sickness. Please read the symptoms of altitude sickness. If you have symptoms of ATS please tell our guide, so that he can take care of you.
