Map & Itinerary

Your adventure begins in Kathmandu, where you arrive and transfer to your hotel. After settling in, you’ll have a briefing about the trek and time to explore the city’s cultural landmarks, such as Swayambhunath Stupa or Boudhanath. Overnight in Kathmandu.
The journey starts with a scenic 8-9 hour drive through the Nepalese countryside, passing Dhading Besi and Arughat before reaching Soti Khola, a small village by the Budhi Gandaki River. Overnight in Soti Khola.
The trek begins along the Budhi Gandaki River, passing through lush forests, small settlements, and several suspension bridges. The trail is relatively easy, with a mix of ascents and descents. Overnight in Machha Khola.
Today’s trail takes you through terraced fields and rocky paths, passing Tatopani (hot springs) and Dobhan. You’ll enter the Manaslu Conservation Area and reach Jagat, a picturesque village. Overnight in Jagat.
The trail continues along the Budhi Gandaki River, passing through Philim, a vibrant village. From here, you’ll enter the Tsum Valley region, ascending to Lokpa. Overnight in Lokpa.

Today’s trek takes you through alpine forests and past mani walls, with breathtaking views of the mountains. Visit the Pungyen Gompa before reaching Samagaon. Overnight in Samagaon.
Spend the day acclimatizing and exploring the area. You can hike to Manaslu Base Camp or Birendra Tal, a beautiful glacial lake. Overnight in Samagaon.
The trail ascends through juniper and birch forests, offering stunning views of Manaslu and the Tibetan border. Samdo is a small village with a unique cultural atmosphere. Overnight in Samdo.
Ascend to Dharamsala, also known as Larkya La Phedi, the base camp for the Larkya La Pass. The trail is challenging but rewarding, with panoramic mountain views. Overnight in Dharamsala.
Today is the most challenging day as you cross the Larkya La Pass, the highest point of the trek. Enjoy breathtaking views of Himlung Himal, Cheo Himal, and Kang Guru before descending to Bimthang. Overnight in Bimthang.
Descend through rhododendron forests and terraced fields, reaching Dharapani, a village on the Annapurna Circuit. Overnight in Dharapani.
Enjoy a scenic drive back to Kathmandu, passing through lush valleys and traditional villages. Celebrate the completion of your trek in the evening. Overnight in Kathmandu.

Travel Notes

It is one of the moderate types trekking, because you are going above the 4156 meters at high. That’s why before you decide to do this trek you have to do some training. You will be walking 5 to 8 hrs a day; you need to have very good shoes. As you are going every day 500 to 1000 meters of altitude, you have to drinks lots of Water. During your trek you might get altitude sickness. Please read the symptoms of altitude sickness. If you have symptoms of ATS please tell our guide, so that he can take care of you.
