Expert Asian Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. is a locally established and government-licensed travel company based in Kathmandu, Nepal. Founded in 2007 under the Government of Nepal (License No. 853/061), we specialize in providing exceptional travel experiences across Nepal, Bhutan, India, Sri Lanka, and Tibet.

We offer a wide range of services, including tours, treks, peak climbing, jeep tours, jungle safaris, special interest trips for high Himalaya adventure tour, and adventure activities. Our commitment is to deliver authentic, safe, and well-organized travel experiences while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and safety.

 Expert Asian Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. operate as a trusted travel service provider with its head office located in Kailash Chaur-365, Lazimpat, Kathmandu, Nepal. We do not have any branch offices but collaborate as local partners on behalf of our global travel associates to ensure seamless travel experiences.

• All services are provided strictly as per the written confirmation and finalized itinerary at the time of booking.
• A scanned passport copy (with at least 6 months validity from the arrival date) and a passport-size photo are mandatory at the time of booking.
• Trip photographs may be used for marketing and publicity purposes only after obtaining the client’s written consent.
• Clients are expected to follow the laws and respect the local customs of the respective country or city they visit.
• We do not take responsibility for any illegal activities committed by clients under the laws of the respective country.
• We reserve the full right to modify our Terms and Conditions, which take immediate effect upon being updated in the Terms and Conditions section.

This ensures a responsible, lawful, and culturally respectful travel experience for all our clients.

Advance Payment Policy

• Payments must be made to our official bank accounts unless otherwise specified.
• Online payments via our website are subject to a 4% extra bank charge.
• Wire/Bank transfer charges must be borne by the sender.
• Card payments (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express) incur an additional 4% bank charge.
• A non-refundable advance payment of 20% of the total trip amount is required to confirm the booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid at least 90 days before the travel date.
• For trips booked within 90 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Any exceptions will be communicated with a written agreement specifying the conditions.

This policy ensures a smooth booking process and financial clarity for all our clients and partners.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Before 90 days of the travel date – The 20% advance payment is non-refundable and will be applied as a cancellation charge.
• Before 60 days of the travel date – 50% of the total trip cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• Within 60 days of the travel date – 100% of the total trip cost will be charged as a cancellation fee (non-refundable).

Note: If there is any special case or exception, we will notify you at the time of booking.

This policy ensures clear, fair, and transparent cancellation terms for all bookings.

Unused Services

• No refunds will be provided for any unused services once the trip has started.

Risks and Liabilities

• Expert Asian Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any additional costs arising due to:
  • Changes in government policies
  • Natural calamities (earthquakes, floods, avalanches, etc.)
  • Fuel price hikes
  • Road blockades, flight cancellations or delays
  • Political situations, sickness, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

• Our crew members are fully insured for trekking, peak climbing, mountaineering, and other adventure activities.
• In case of special circumstances, we will notify clients at the time of booking.
